SAMOSA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR SAMOSE
For Dough:-
- 1 cup refined flour
- 1/2tsp carom seeds
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Salt to taste
- Chilled Water as required (Stiff dough)
For Filling:-
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 4-5 medium potatoes, boiled
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp crushed coriander
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp dried mango powder (amchur powder)
- Oil for frying

CHHOLE BHATURE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR CHHOLE BHATURE
For Chhole:
- 1 cup chickpeas (chhole) - soaked overnight
- 2 onions - finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes - pureed/chopped
- tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1-2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp oil/ghee
- Spices
For Bhature:
- 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
- 2 tbsp semolina (sooji/rava)
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- Salt as per taste
- Water for kneading
- Oil for deep frying

GUJIYA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR GUJIYA
For Dough:-
- maida-1 cup
- Semolina (sooji)-2 tbsp
- Ghee-2 tbsp (for dough and frying)
- Water-as needed to knead the dough
For Filling:
- Khoya-1 cup
- Powdered sugar -1 cup (adjust to taste)
- Grated coconut -1/4 cup
- Cashews - 8-10 (chopped)
- Almonds- 8-10 (chopped)
- Raisins- 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Saffron strands- a few (optional)
- Ghee -1 tbsp (for roasting the filling)
